Clean room, close to everything, staff very courteous. Only concern was, check in didn’t start until 3pm which was no problem, but housekeeping wanted access to clean our room at 10:30am, but check out wasn't until noon. Not a big deal, but a bit surprising and pushy

Convenient and comfortable hotel in Lubeck

Nice hotel, great for a couple of nights. The quadruple/ family room is very tight with a double room they have out extra beds in. Not much space to move but fine for a night or two

The air conditioning was broken and the room was too hot to sleep. You couldn’t open the small window as it was so noisy outside. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff nice. But we didn’t sleep at all. Kids running up and down the hallways. Awful stay.

The hotel is nice and newly renovated. The breakfast was great. My only complaint is that because restaurants close so early in Germany we found ourselves without any access to food upon our arrival. The hotel offers nothing. They should at least have sandwiches or fruit or bread options for those arriving later than 9:30pm. We walked the city looking for open restaurants but found none and we ended up going to bed hungry. Since the hotel is aware of this, they should have options for late arrivals.

It was difficult to sleep with an open window due to the train station being so close. You can hear the trains roll by all night, so window would need to be closed when staying here. Otherwise nice room, great bed, very fresh.

Unser Familienzimmer war leider nicht so sauber wie erwartet, überall verstaubt, schlafmaske etc. unter dem Bett. Badezimmer war jedoch sehr sauber, ebenso das gesamte Hotel.

Unfreundlich am Check In! Angestellt gähnt, trinkt und lässt uns einfach 5 Minuten warten da die Kollegin sie was fragt. Keine Info wann Frühstückszeiten sind Was mit dem Internet ist etc Wenn Premier in keinen Service bietet kann dann lassen wir das zukünftig. Gibt genug Hotels mit Service und freundlichen Mitarbeitern.

Pænt værelse, men der var så meget larm fra noget over os, eller i airconditionen. Hvert 5. Minut gennem hele natten lød det som et centrifugeringsprogram med efterfølgende vandafløb. Afspillede video til personalet som tilbød at refundere 1x morgenmad?Det er ikke et holtel jeg besøger igen
