The apartment features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a kitchenette with coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and kettle. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the building and can be used for an extra fee. Free outdoor parking is available right at the house.



Please note: Due to the hillside location by the cliffs, the apartment is accessed via stairs and is then on one level.



Your private terrace is at the side of Helldahl 14a, with direct access from the apartment on the sunny side. It offers a peaceful setting with a view of greenery, equipped with table, chairs, parasol, and partial roof cover—perfect for relaxing. A privacy screen separates you from the neighbors. Please note: The lawn may only be used in the terrace area—not on the neighbor’s property. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash outside.
