The hotel was a fabulous example of Lucca - the entrance door was 15th century, the room decor was typical of the period, yet with clean, modern facilities, and the lady managing, Ingrid, was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was just lovely. Fantastic stay to start our holiday.

Love, Love, Love this place! As well as the two lovely ladies ( Ingrid and Marta) that make it even more special. They were always so kind and helpful. Having the delicious breakfast every morning was wonderful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, with every thing worth seeing within easy walking distance. There is nothing else that you could ask for. I will definitely be back again…

Our stay here was fantastic! The room was spacious, there was a jacuzzi shower and the Wi-Fi was great. Ingrid and team were really friendly and recommended a great place to eat on our first day. The location is brilliant - really safe, in the middle of lots of amazing restaurants and just off the main shopping street in Lucca, about a 15 minute walk from the train station.
