Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Terrible!

Property was not clean (cobwebs everywhere, dirty floor, broken toilet seat) and bug infested. Avoid! We checked out after one night as we could not stay. Disappointed that Hotels.com have not been able to offer an immediate refund and compensation based on the photos provided.
