Good hotel, good location, and clean. The staff was super friendly upon check-in and helped answer any questions we had. The location is convenient, not too far from the train. There are restaurants associated with the hotel and attached but the food wasn't super great and it was pricey.

Very nice hotel. Great location!

We had a lovely stay in Lucerne. The hotel was very nice and the location is excellent - very close to Old Town and the train station. Breakfast was excellent - both hot and cold food.

Location, location, location….the Astoria has it locked in. Need the train? Just down the street. Need to go see the lake? Again, docks are down the street. Shopping? Dining? Yep, just down the street. Convenience was appreciated for myself and family during our stay. The Astoria met our needs.

They have a bar at top floor. Had a easter party and music was too loud. I called around 12.30 at night to complaint but no result. Music was on until 1.30 AM.
