Great location. Very convenient to all tourists site. Plus there is a beautiful park and boardwalk across from the hotel with amazing views. The hotel is very old, however the staff do a great job to ensure guests are taken care of. Plus the two bedroom option comes with 2.5 baths. Only one negative is the portable AC unit, but that’s not that much of an issue.

Beautiful area by the lake, easy transportation to the downtown and everywhere else. Staff are friendly. It’s an old building, no a/c, only has movable a/loud in the night. Bathroom is out of date but clean. Humidity smell inside.

Beautiful historic property. Located across the street from the lake in Lucerne. Very walkable to downtown Lucerne. The best part was the wonderful staff. They worked hard to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend this if you like older historic properties with a lot of character. We loved our room with the balcony.

The hotel was located opposite the lake and an easy walk or short bus ride into the centre of town. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The terrace was a lovely space for a evening drink with great views.

We really enjoyed this hotel! It was our first stop on our 7 day trip to Switzerland. The breakfast buffet was our absolute favorite! We appreciate that they attempted to use air conditioning in our family suite, but the room with the unit was way more comfortable than the one without- even though there were adjoining rooms. This was such a cute and unique hotel. Loved the decor and the small touches/ style that really made it stand out. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the view and its proximity to public transportation. The staff was wonderful as well!

The hotel is an old mansion style building overlooking the lake. The location is perfect. The room had a portable AC which kept it nice and cool. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and kind.

We had the most beautiful view of Lake Lucerne from our room! The location was perfect- peaceful and quiet, yet still walkable to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the scenic stroll along the lake each day. The hotel has a romantic charm that boutique hotel lovers will appreciate. Staff interactions were a bit mixed, two team members were warm and helpful, while the other two came off less welcoming. But overall, if you’re looking for stunning views, charm, and a quiet escape close to the heart of Lucerne, this hotel is a great choice.

The hotel was nice, clean, and welcoming. The front desk staff helped us with parking, making reservations, and allowed us to leave our bags before we checked in. We did not get the breakfast with our stay, but they did have coffee and fruit available to us on another floor which was nice. The room was great and we loved our view of the lake!
