Gorgeous hotel close to the centre. Clean, hot shower and lovely room with a view of the lake. Could not have asked for better service, especially Victoria who was so generous with both her time and knowledge. Recommendations were excellent! Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

This property was SO CUTE! The staff is so wonderful, and takes the time to make the stay special. The hotel itself has the cutest little vibe! The rooms are all a little different and have so many nice features to make traveling easy (cut out sections for luggage, large open floor space, etc). The beds are very comfortable. If you like boutique hotels, this one is a gem!

Great location and perfect views. I booked 2 rooms and one did not have a TV, and the tea and coffee (no milk options) were located in the hallways, rather than in the rooms. Staff were lovely and helpful.

The hotel offers a beautiful view of the lake and is within walking distance of everything. I love the location. However, the hotel itself is outdated, with squeaky floors at every step. The shower is located outside the room, in a separate space across the hallway. They do provide a robe, which is convenient.

Pretty Hôtel. Front desk staff (wish we’d written down her name - maybe Selena) was fantastic. We drove and there wasn’t onsite parting available. The walk to the lot wasn’t bad.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the lakefront room was gorgeous, and walking into town took about 20 minutes and was a beautiful walk along the lake.

The staff at the hotel is an excellent knowledgeable one. They were friendly and willing to help as to transportation, where, and what to see in the area. You can walk to town but the bus stop is just a few feet from the hotel. The hotel is old but very well kept. It faces the lake and there is a park in front. All in all I consider this hotel a 4.5 / 5.

It’s a lovely stay and close to old town. Walk around the lake in front of the hotel is the most favor thing we did in Lucern. Everything is convenient.

Nice boutique hotel across the street from the lake. Lake-view rooms were an adequate size, clean and comfortable. It was worth paying-up for the view. Hotel is older and the floors squeaked and creaked, but we were on the top floor so didn't have to listen to people walking above us. Service was adequate and friendly. Breakfast was good and pretty standard. The location of this hotel is the best part. About a ten minute walk along the lake to the main tourist area or a five minute free bus ride to/from the bahnhof from right outside the hotel. My only complaint is that smoking is allowed on the balcony. I paid extra for the balcony and want to be able to use it or even just open the window without smelling smoke.

Really lovely property near the lake, a short walk from the centre which we enjoyed each day as you walk by the lake with beautiful views. The air con was a mobile unit on the floor and was noisy so we did have to switch it off during the night.

Lovely Lucerne

At first I was concerned as there was about 15-18 min from center of town, but what a beautiful walk along the promenade, and if you decided to take the bus, it was only 1/4 block from hotel and ran every couple minutes. The room we had with lake view was a very spacious and very clean and comfortable. The people at front desk were very accommodating and breakfast was wonderful.

Celebration in Lucerne.

Could have not asked for a better place. Loved the location, the scenery, and the ease of getting around. The staff was more than excellent. Highly, highly recommend this place.
