We loved our stay at this hotel. We had the family junior suite which was plenty of room for the four of us. The hotel is in a very lively location. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, was close to the river and not a far walk from all of the tourist spots. Was directly across the street from the bus stop to take you to Mt. Pilatus. The front desk staff was lovely and my kids loved the fun decor and the free photo booth!

The location of this property was good, the beds were comfortable the only con was no air conditioning and if you left the windows open it was so noisy because our room was on the street side, if the windows were closed the noise was blocked but the room got hot.

What a great find! I booked a single room, but it was a big double bed. I would compare this hotel/room to the Moxy hotels - stylish & modern with fun decorative touches and common areas, a small yet functional and cute room. The best value in the area by far, and I spent days looking for a room. Great location near train station and busses. Lucerne is small, so you can walk anywhere in the old town quickly.

Great property, but the staff is what made me submit a review. Antonia at the front desk made our two days in Zürich better than we could’ve imagined. It was an easy walk from the train station and easy location for taking the local buses. We got a free bus pass from the front desk and used to travel all over Lucerne. The front staff were very knowledgeable with good English skills. Be aware that it is an old building and is not allowed to have AC. We were there in May so it was pleasant....not too sure about how it would be in summer. We had a lovely room with a small balcony but the traffic noise was too loud to leave the window open. All in all....a lovely hotel that I would definitely stay in again.
