The historical place Am Sande is only 2 minutes away by walk and the historical city hall is only 5 minutes away by walk. Bicycles can be rent near by. The entire apartment has just been completely renovated in a tasteful and design-oriented manner. It has a vinyl design floor, a double bed, smart TV, two armchairs, glasstable, wardrobe and small desk. In addition to the living- and bedroom, the apartment has a daytlight shower room with a window. In the kitchenette there is a small refrigerator, a microwave and a kettle. A single stovetop with cooking dishes are available on request. Washing mashine and dryer are in the basement. An outside seating area is in the courtyard.
