A stylish studio apartment on the third floor of a striking, contemporary residence in central Lugano, is an ideal base for a business trip or an exciting city break.
Icon-H is a luxurious development with excellent communal facilities including a co-working space, reception rooms, a ground floor bar and restaurant with extensive outdoor seating, a gym and secure storage space.
The bright studio apartment sleeps 2 people in comfort. The sunny living area has a contemporary sofa, coffee table, a flat-screen Smart TV and dining table with 2 seats. In the ultra-modern, open plan kitchen you will find everything you might need during your stay: a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine.

The city hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. For a more active kind of festival, try one of the regular mountain running races which make up the Ticino Mountain Running Cup.
A leisurely day trip on the Lago Lugano is a must, as is a walk along Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake. Then head to Piazza della Riforma, the true heart of the city, a beautiful square, lined with cafés and restaurants.
The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20-minute journey. Arriving by train? Lugano’s railway station is a 25-minute walk from the apartment.
