A damage deposit of CHF 9999 has to be paid locally for groups under 21 years of age.
Vital maintenance work is being carried out. Guests with small children should take extra care in supervising children on the property. Particular areas of concern will be pointed out when guests arrive.
The property is set in greenery, and so insects and spiders may come into the house. Guests may find spiderwebs in the house. Unfortunately, these can appear rapidly and cannot always be controlled.
