Excellent check in. Professional staff at from desk at 5 pm. Clean place.
Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Easy check-in. Tub bottom somewhat slick - would have preferred non-slip. 1 of 2 elevators wasn’t working.

The window shade was inoperable due to it being a handicapped room. Alarm clock unable to correct time or set alarm. Asked at front desk about this and they were very snarky. Room was very dark inside due to poor lighting. They said they would give me a wake up call at 7:30am but did not receive it. This was my 3rd time staying here and it will be my last, The shade had holes and edges were ragged.
Checkin was fine. Breakfast was good. It was a Monday, but even so we were able to get adequate options 30 minutes before it closed. Staff was happy to get us cream cheese and yogurt from the back. You can make your own individual cups of coffee now! Room was comfortable. Would stay here again.
