Yes, OK condition, staff courteous, but the room was sparsely furnished (e.g. not enough lighting).
Rooms were clean but felt old may be due to its age. Room size was average but sufficient, you can just drive up to rooms in ground floor which was convenient.
Breakfast buffet was decent, could have added few more items. Dining space was terribly small, had to wait with plate until others finish and leave
Aged building, room had a stale old smell that was unpleasant.

Very poor start. There was no one on site and no one answered the phone. We were told a key would be left there, but it had a different room number. We were about to move on and fight for a refund when someone arrived.
So we got to stay. It is dated but ok.
Breakfast ok. Nice that individual items were separately wrapped. Warm eggs were appreciated. Pet friendly. Nice staff

Nice friendly staff and clean room. Definitely needs some updates though. Old AC/heater, some paint needed in the bathroom ceiling. Outside needs some sprucing up. Not much curb appeal. My room smelled like smoke although it was a non smoking room. Could be because of old carpet or people smoking outside. The price was good.
Joanna was the best front desk clerk I have encountered. I have stayed in many hotels around the world with excellent personnel, but Joanna was truly the top. She provided wonderful service and hospitality during our stay. She and my wife became Facebook friends.
