We are located one mile from city center, just far enough away to enjoy the farmland and scenery. Gorgeous views of skyline drive. Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, camp chairs, and two fat tire bikes for your use. Treat your family to a tour through Luray caverns, taste the wine of many local wineries and our own local brewery. Hike the Blue Ridge and Massanutten mountains, kayak the Shenandoah river, bike to Lake Arrowhead just 3.8 miles away. shop local artisans, restaurants, the brewery and distillery. It's all here waiting for you.

This house was absolutely perfect for our short adventure at Shenandoah. It was better stocked than any home I’ve been in including my own, it was incredibly comfortable and perfectly put together. The listing doesn’t show the adorable cows across the street at the farm, and the views from the house are gorgeous, it was wonderful walking the neighborhood. Super easy to get to the park and close to everything in Luray. The extra counter space in the kitchen was awesome and the shower was so nice.

The home is spacious, clean, and provides extra blankets. Little touches like body lotion, labeling drawers to find supplies, and seeing adorable calves across the street, made our stay special. The location is 14 minutes to entering Shenandoah National Park and maybe 7 minutes to Luray Caverns. Beautiful scenery in every direction.

This rental is designed for guests. I loved that the cabinets and closets were all labeled. It was stocked, not just with pots and utensils, but with spices, oil, coffee, tea, sugar, camping chairs, etc. As a coffee lover, I appreciated that they offer 3 ways to make coffee... even my favorite, pour over. The neighborhood is quiet (aside from the local rooster) and the views are gorgeous. I definitely recommend staying here. If you do, walk down to Fairview Grocery, two blocks away. They have baked goods, local produce, and a little cafe. In Shenandoah National Park, check out Buck's Hollow Trail. It's right off 211 (you don't have to pay the park admission). You only have to walk 1/4 mile to get to a lovely creek.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful home for a trip to Shenandoah National Park and surrounding attractions. The property is just as described and pictured. The home was beautifully decorated with a warm and inviting feel. It was truly a “home away from home”, where we could relax and enjoy mountain views after days of exploring, hiking, and enjoying local restaurants. Wonderful stay!

What a lovely cozy, comfortable home full of everything we could have asked for. It was only 15min to the Thornton Gap entrance of SNP and plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

Felt like home!

Very comfortable and cute place to stay in Luray! We loved the views and the closeness to Shenandoah NP and Luray Caverns. Because of the location of the house we were able to take a hike in the park in the morning and attend a wedding in the caverns in the evening! The house had everything we needed and a lot of nice touches! We loved Luray and would love to visit again soon. Thanks so much for a lovely weekend.
