Beautiful sea views, 7 minutes walk from the beach and the small harbor. Many hiking trails, multiple beaches, water activities and cultural discoveries.
Ideal for 2 (or even 3) people, this fully equipped apartment of 44 sqm is on the ground floor of a large villa. The terrace and garden have views of the sea and the small port of Santa Severa. The apartment includes a bedroom with a large double bed 160 X 200, a living/ dining room with a large kitchen including a dishwasher. The bathroom with shower is accessible from the room. The toilet is separated. The sofa/bed in the dining room can, if necessary, accommodate a third person. Les Palmiers apartment has double curtains to promote a restful sleep.
The washing machine is located in the large shared laundry room with the other apartments. Parking is close in the garden of the property, private and free.
By a private path through the maquis, the beach and the small port of Santa Severa are within walking distance in 7 minutes where there are restaurants, cafes and bakery. The pharmacy and supermarket are located in the village of Luri, 5 minutes by car. Many shops are nearby. The wild sandy beach of Misincu is 1 minute by car.
