I'm sorry to hear about your experience. The lock is now fixed. This is our basic cabins yes, we do also offer high standard cabins for those who like that.
There's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. Free self parking is available. You'll have access to the indoor pool at a partner property. This Luster campsite is smoke free.
