Excellent budget hotel.

A windowless room was perfect at this time of year. Decent sized Tv. And the bathroom with a shower / wet room style. No climbing over the bath. Decent sized towels I’ll be back.

room was disgusting and dirty, stains and an old earring was found in bed. don’t stay here it’s unsafe, fights happening outside, so noisy can hear people walking past. bathroom is a wet room

Always a good choice.

Another easy check in with Moyn remembering a previous review I’d left. Still love the rooms, comfortable and the Dove toiletries making it just that bit more convenient. Great location. I went to the cinema one evening about a 3 min walk. And plenty of restaurants to choose from.

It was fine for one night. It got really hot though so I’m not sure I could stay in summer unless the air con is turned up. Would be nice to have a coffee making station. Staff really helpful which was great for me

Great value for money

Stayed in the hotel as I had an early flight from Luton. Perfect location a fee minutes walk from train station where regular buses to airport. Great price for room. Room was clean and reception staff were friendly when I checked in a little early. Highly recommend if you want somewhere cheap and clean for the night

Another good stay

I stayed in a small double. They are very small but it served my purpose. Some outside noise which is not the hotel’s fault so I recommend bringing earplugs and eye mask. Really like the ensuite with Dove toiletries.

Hi Expedia, First, I'm not sure how you added this property to your prestige e-commerce. The amount I paid for one night's stay is not worth it. The receptionists displayed terrible behaviour; they had pets and smelled all around the bar, dining, and reception area. We went to break fast at 9:05 a.m., and they said it was closed. Not even a single customer was there, but there was no courtesy to ask for coffee or any flexible, continuous breakfast. Imagine, this 2 km/3 km surrounding hotel has no local shop or convenience store to buy. I leave the place without any food or coffee (cover breakfast). Also, she showed her face, which we could not tolerate, and complained to us, "You guys bring outside food without asking permission from us." Firstly, the dining place smelled of pets, and how was she expected to eat? Secondly, there was no food or restaurant after 9pm/9:30pm. Last night, I saw many others bring pizza and other foods to their rooms and open the balcony, too, but still, she raised questions to us. The hotel management should have declared or told us that no outside food was allowed while checking in or booking a reservation with the Expedia portal, but they surprised us by not providing food choices and by not having a food corner within 2 km of this property. There was no proper shower water supply (I complained multiple times). As I said, I don't know how Expedia added this property to your e-commerce.

Another great stay.

The true test of a hotel is how they deal with a problem. I had a problem in my room and it was resolved quickly. I have stayed here several times while working in Luton and I like the double bed, decent sized TV, the wet room style bathrooms and the Dove toiletries. Staff are always welcoming. It’s really well placed for restaurants and entertainment. The area is quieter than you think.

Remember your sleep mask

Quite a lot of light from the hotels outside lights getting into the room as the blind doesn’t fit the window. However a sleep mask sorts that out. The bed is comfortable and lovely pillows. Spotlessly clean. Good Tv with good reception same with mobile reception. Loved the bathroom and Dove toiletries are a great touch. Found the area quiet after around 10 and plenty of restaurants and cinema all within a few mins walk. For the price. I’ve not stayed in a better hotel. Happy to keep using it.

Very noisy inside, walls have insufficient sound proofing. Also, the bathroom had mildew. And one outlet was broken, but there was also a usb port, which is what i needed for charging. Otherwise what you expect for the price.
