Adequate stay

Rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. However no service on our second day. We only had breakfast on our first morning but found it disappointing with bacon overcooked and several items cold as had been standing too long. Obviously heaters not quite up to the job. Overall a decent stay for the cost

Good room close to trains

Room was warm and comparable, last time we stayed we complained as it was freezing, but gave it another chance. Slept well, breakfast was very good. The only thing I found is that the staff couldn’t be bothered, tried to avoid any kind of eye contact, never said hello, please or thank you-very strange.
