Good value and comfortable

We only stayed for one night. We were checking in after midnight so it was very important that reception was open late/24h. Because it was a busy weekend we got upgraded to a king size room for free. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We didn't use the shower so we can't comment on that. Breakfast was for free but I'm not sure if it was part of the upgrade as it said it wasn't included in our original booking. Breakfast was good; they had a small choice of cooked breakfast and some toast, cereal and sweet pastries. You can help yourself to hot drinks from the machine 24h for free. We were able to park for free on the road just outside the hotel, which is free between Sat 6pm and Mon 8/9am

The hotel was as you would expect a 3 star hotel to be in Luton. The room was dated and damaged in places (the bathroom door had a punch mark on it and there was dried blood on the sheets). Staff were friendly and accomodating. Children were observed to be touching all pieces of bread during the morning breakfast which was offputting. Wouldnt stay here again but you get what you pay for.
