We had a fantastic, much needed relaxing break. It was our first time at Ullesthorpe Hall and we were so impressed. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. The staff were amazing and they all seemed very happy in their jobs. We had dinner and breakfast here and the food was delicious, the best Chocolate Brownie ive ever had! The main reason for being there was for us to use the leisure facilities and they didn't disappoint. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this hotel and we will be back.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. The only problem with the room was the carpet needed updating. The leisure facilities were good and we loved the hot tub. I was a little worried that the hotel only offered double beds, and I prefer a king size bed, but the room that they provided for us and the two dogs was a king size bed, comfortable, clean, provided everything we needed. Ground floor accommodation for the dogs so it was easy to take them out when they needed,dog friendly areas in the restaurant without having to eat in a bar area was nice, plenty of parking available, lovely leisure area, although the pool was cold - the boiler had broken down,but the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were great, and even though we were there for business meetings, I managed to squeeze in some pamper time, which was just lovely. And so much value for money for the whole trip.
