Very new hotel with basic but comfortable and very clean rooms. Not very central but is very close to a tram stop and only 12-15 mins from the centre. The tram also goes the whole way to the airport and is totally free to use. Free coffee in the lobby and a decent breakfast.

Highly recommend! Good location , very clean, helpful and lovely staff, comfortable inside and outside sitting area, free hot drinks and water, lockers to leave luggage if guests arrive early and also after check out! There was building site on both sides of the hotel when we stayed but it wasn't noisy. Definitely will stay here again!
