Great hotel with a perfect location to explore Luxembourg city. The room felt quite basic, not too big and with a bit older furniture, however all the right amenities were there. Complimentary slippers and a bag of tarallini were a great touch. Cleanliness was also of a very good standard. All these offered at a very reasonable price for Luxembourg pricier standards. I would definitely stay there again!

Weekend break in Luxembourg

The hotel was about a time minute walk from the centre of town close to buses and trams. We stayed on the top floor of the annex across the road to the main hotel. The room was very clean and very quiet. The buffet breakfast was very good value and catered for all tastes. I am very fussy when it comes to hotels but I would definitely recommend the Victor Hugo and it exceeded my expectations

Ok hotel

The hotel is quite basic hotel, located about 15 min walking distance from the city centre. There wasn't any problems with the hotel and it's located on a quiet street.

Better than expected

We were given a room in the main building, even though we booked a room in the Annex. This vastly improved our experience and hence we were very pleased with the hotel.
