Nice hotel. Room was clean, sheets clean, bathroom was clean unlike some reviews have noted. Excellent buffet breakfast that starts at 530am. Walking distance to museum and luxor temple. On the promenade. As mentioned by others, you can't walk out of the property without getting hassled but that is a problem in Luxor anywhere you go! You can't walk down the promenade in peace!

Location is fantastic. In between Luxor temple and Karnak Museum ( to see mummy ) facing river. Strong odour and room is narrow. Cannot open up a mid size luagage bag. Breakfast not bad but orange juice is not pure and coffee diluted. Good security scanning at entrance. Value for money.

Great hotel. Facilities are good. Buffet breakfast is good. The staff work hard to make your stay pleasant. Four stars vs. five because they showed me as having cancelled my reservation due to some disconnect between them and Expedia. This took about 20 minutes to sort out.

Excellent location

Excellent location. It’s just across the road for the water taxis to the West Bank - for tombs and air balloon. Just around the corner is Luxor Temple. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable. I was really happy with my stay.

We notified the desk that we were arriving early and asked if we could have an earlier checkin. The hotel did not seem the least bit busy. At 1pm, the desk said our room would be ready in 40 min. We checked against 2, at 3 we were finally shown to our room, which was still being cleaned. The flors has just been mopped and we’re still very wet. The entire place could use a refresh and serious cleaning.

this property has seen better days. the pool area is great and well situated. the breakfast buffet was large and covered a full range of eating preferences. and the staff were super helpful and very nice. but, overall, we found the place to be a little tired and dated, particularly the rooms. for the cost, we could have spent a little more to get something nicer, or less to stay in a more budget oriented place.
