We stayed last year where the service was over an above like stated on line descriptions. New owners now we thought we’d get same quality stay. NOT!!! We had to clean the deck of leaves staked 3” high, the glass patio table was filthy and the deck chairs were filthy. The outside stand up heater was empty of propane, another tank was on deck but NOT our job to replace. And this was only the deck! Inside the electric stove was on, where an injury could have happened. Condiments provided were either passed due date or had mold on them. TV only provided SUBSCRIBERS CHANNELS or a specialty channel “SAMSUNG TV” that plays reruns of a program.We payed for 3 nights but on the third day when we returned to the cabin we were LOCKED OUT from the code box. Had to call “owner?” Was given a code for a lock box key which was supposed to open the door in the back deck which did not! My husband had to climb over the back gate to the deck to see if this key would work because the gate was jammed. I payed the same price as last year for a LUXURY cabin but it was not near the hospitality and service we had last year with the old owners. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
