No heating at 38 F degrees. Bath full of mold has no extractor, all pipes are for you to view, walls in bath room with cracks that suggest structural issues. They hide behind eco to not supplying any amenities. Youthe travel agent should make sure the star rating is real. No fridge.I have stayed at hostels with better rooms and amenities. Would give the only 2 stars. The outside of building is nice , so it decieves you. But travel agent is also responsible for letting hotel lie.

Overall the hotel was very nice, but my room had very worn, not clean appearing carpet. I saw that other room had laminate flooring. I would have preferred that over carpet.

Really nice location. Our room was much larger than I expected & the bathroom was large too Staff was very friendly & helpful. Tons of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.

Easy walk to all forms of transport. Very close to a great dining area. Surrounded by lovely shops that are closed Sunday-Monday. Very comfortable (small) common areas and lobby. No regrets staying here.

The room was clean and staff were helpful. Late check out (12pm) was good. Only thing is that you have to leave the key at the front reception and there is one elevator (I was level 5 so stairs weren’t really feasible with luggage). As long as you are not in a rush anywhere it’s fine.

Our stay was great. I would have liked a fridge in the room. It is a beautiful, old hotel with a lot of character. I would have preferred hardwood in our room from a cleanliness point of view. The breakfast was good and the staff were great. We also had dinner in the restaurant, which was terrific.

Everything was perfect except the room was a little outdated, no USB sockets, no shower curtain/door - the water from the shower spills on the floor. The temperature in the room was perfect without annoying A/C drafts.
