New Flat in a recent building, on the 3rd floor with lift, located in the heart of the Gerland district, close to public transport, shops and main roads.

It is equipped with a large furnished balcony facing south, with private parking in the basement.
It consists of a main room with a double bed, a lounge area with sofa and convertible sofa bed (3 people max), a fully equipped American kitchen, a bathroom with Italian shower and WC.

Equipment: coffee maker, kettle, microwave grill, toaster, washing machine, drying rack, iron, vacuum cleaner, dishes, flat screen TV, unlimited high speed internet Wi Fi in fiber optics, blackout blinds and ceiling fan which is very appreciated in summer!

Bed linen and towels will be installed upon arrival.

The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guest,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,

The little extra:
- another studio on the 2nd floor in the same building for weekly rental, practical if you have to receive friends or family,
- I can help you during your short stay in this apartment to then find your future house or apartment in Lyon as part of a longer rental or purchase

The Lyon Experience

Overall we were a little disappointed with the apartment. Our stay was a month and for a week we had no internet, having been told that internet will be provided. It was extremely hot in the apt with no AC and just a fan which chose when to work and when not to work. The shower also had a mind of it’s own and kept getting hot when supposed to be cold. In summery this apartment could and should have be much better.
