The city center and Hôtel de Ville metro station are less than 4 minutes' walk from the apartment. Located at the foot of the Croix Rousse slopes, in a beautiful, secure building, you'll appreciate the comfort and tranquility of this brand-new two bedroom 46m² apartment, tastefully decorated and very well laid out.

Located on the ground floor of the building (floor 0), overlooking the building's courtyard, it combines modern design, functionality and comfort. It's an ideal place for a tourist stay or a business trip, with two single bedrooms, one with a 160*200 cm double bed, the other with a 140*190 cm double bed.

It's perfectly suited to professionals on the move or digital nomads, with a WIFI Fiber connection at your disposal. You'll also have access to a printer, and a dongle for projecting the computer screen onto the HD TV. Last but not least, we provide a clothes steamer/ironer, so you can get to your appointments with complete peace of mind.

The living area features a cosy lounge with HD TV and a quality double sofa bed, as well as a beautiful, modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, and linen and towels are included.

Courtesy items are available (welcome coffee, tea, pasta, rice...), as well as a traveler's guide giving you all the information you need about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and the best addresses in Lyon.

Entrance to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm using a connected lock directly on the apartment door. Autonomous check-out is until 11am maximum on the day of your departure.

** Our extras ** Late check-out until 1pm possible for an extra 18E (request to be made the day before at the latest). As mentioned in the advert, parties and any noisy events (loud music etc...) that might disturb our neighbors are forbidden within our apartment.

Smoking is also forbidden inside the apartment.
