Charming apartment with a separate bedroom, located on Rue Chaponnay on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a secure building, very close to the Saxe Gambetta metro station, in Lyon's 3rd arrondissement. The apartment is located on the 5th floor without elevator.

Today, Part-Dieu is a district where people work but also a destination to live, go out, relax, engage in culture, or create. A lively transit hub thanks to its dense public transportation network, Part-Dieu is also a destination for its shopping spaces, sports facilities, and cultural venues.

Shops
The district offers a variety of shopping options. Convenient and centralized with the Part-Dieu shopping center and Les Halles Paul Bocuse, it is also more dispersed and diverse in other neighborhood areas. In total, over 800 shops are available in the area, 30% of which are cafés and restaurants. The shopping center has 240 stores and restaurants, attracting 35 million visitors annually.

Sports and Cultural Facilities
Looking for entertainment and a change of scenery? Take a stroll on the Nelson Mandela esplanade, enjoy a concert at the auditorium, watch a film in one of 14 cinemas, attend an event at Bourse du Travail, or, for sports enthusiasts, visit Halle Vivier Merle or Garibaldi swimming pool.
