JOHDOT / JAKOBIINIT. Niemimaalla. 44 m2 huoneisto on erittäin valoisa. Sen sijainti on niemimaan sydämessä, jonka avulla voit tehdä suurimman osan kävelykierroksista ottamatta julkista liikennettä. Arvostat erittäin mukavan 160 cm: n sängyn alkovihuoneessa, joka on erotettu olohuoneesta verholla. Olohuoneessa oleva 140 cm: n sohva. 2 isoa puhallinta lämpöaallolle ... Kaikki varusteet ovat uusia ja erittäin hyvälaatuisia. WiFi. Laatikko SFR Rhônen ja Saônen välissä voit hyödyntää kahden joen rantaa ja käydä läpi kaupungin sydämen. Olet Place des Cordeliersissa lähellä oopperaa, kaupungintaloa, Jacobins-teatteria, Place Bellecouria, taidemuseota. Olet rue de la République -kadulla, Lyonin tunnetuimmalla kadulla kauppoineen, ravintoloineen ja kauniine rakennuksineen. Metro ja bussi ovat rakennuksen jalkaosassa. We had a lovely stay in Monique’s apartment! She met us upon arrival and provided us with all we needed to know. Walked us outside to show us our very central location. We were close to everything! The bed was especially comfortable!!! Monique was an exceptional host and would recommend a stay in Lyon ❤️

Good central location but not so good location 🤷‍♀️

Well supplied with all necessities & Monique Reichert thoughtfully explained everything. Although on a side street, it was rather noisy from passing pedestrians who seemed to party till the early hours.

Séjour parfait

Le logement est idéale pour tout faire à pieds nous y sommes allé pour la faite de la lumière, la propriétaire nous a accueillit comme si nous faisions partie de la famille (très gentil) quand à l'appartement vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés très calme et très propre, nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitations

Прекрасная квартира в самом сердце Прескиля. Рядом обе набережные, остановки автобуса и метро, рынок, продуктовый магазин, улица с ресторанами и бушонами. Моника гостеприимная хозяйка, встретила нас, показала нам все места вокруг. В квартире был кофе, чай, вода, сливочное масло, вкуснейшая булочка с шоколадом из соседней кондитерской. Мы чувствовали себя как дома! рекомендуем квартиру для незабывемого отдыха! Моник, спасибо огромное!

UN APPARTEMENT DE REVE

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement de Monique Reichert, un cadre élégant et raffiné à l'image de sa propriétaire. Monique nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d'amabilité et de bienveillance, c'est une personne absolument charmante, il y avait de l'eau, du café, tout pour le petit déjeuner et des petites douceurs. L'appartement est très très bien situé près des bus et du métro, dans le centre de Lyon, très confortable il comporte un équipement ménager parfait et une literie parfaite également. Nous nous sommes sentis infiniment bien, nous conseillons vivement cet endroit et tristes de le quitter nous espérons bien y revenir très vite.

Tasteful and Comfortable Apartment in the Best Location in Lyon

We spent a delightful month in this apartment in the heart of the Presqu’Ile in Lyon. It is a perfect situation for a couple wanting to explore the many joys of life in Lyon. All the amenities are well thought out and work well. The apartment is very clean. The bed is comfortable. The couch and dining area provide good seating and dining. The shower works well. There is a separate room for the toilet. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfasts and light meals. There are plenty of dishes and towels. The washing machine works well. There are lovely French windows which open to let in light and fresh air. There is no AC, but there is a fan which works well. The building stays cool even in hot weather. It is the neighborhood that really shines. You are within walking distance of all the cultural activities in Lyon. There is a metro stop right outside the apartment. Just past that is a large Monoprix with an excellent grocery store in the basement. The apartment block faces a pedestrian mall which has many fine shops. Bromard the Salumeria, and Boulangerie les Frangins were two of our favorites for fresh food daily. The fresh market on the Soane is just a couple blocks away. It is open everyday until 12:30PM and features fresh produce from all over France. Saturday is the biggest market day, and on Mondays they have clothing and antiques. There are at least a hundred restaurants in the area. We had several good meals dining out. Le Musee, Le Nord, Le Cafe des Negociants, Le Comptor des Copains, and Cafe Merciere were our favorites. It would take us a year to try them all. Lyon is a beautiful walking city. Old Lyon is just a few blocks away across the Soane, and in the other direction it is less than a kilometer to cross the Rhone to an excellent area of Riverboat cafes. We enjoyed sipping wine and watching the river flow by more than once. There were excellent nightly free music concerts just up the street at the Opera Underground (Le Festival du Peri Style). We also enjoyed a concert at Les Nuits de Fourviere, which are held all summer in a 2000 year old Roman amphitheater. Finally, the host Monique is wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable visit. She welcomed us at the apartment with many nice touches when we arrived. She came to see us off as well. She is the kind of excellent host that makes this type of rental such a good experience. Merci Beaucoup Monique!

Appartement fonctionnel , confortable . Propriétaire super accueillante

Nous sommes rester 1mois et 1semaine dans l appartement de Monique , l appartement est top il y a tout ce qu il faut . Sa localisation est parfaite , pas trop de difficultés à trouver de la place de parking . Monique est une personne accueillante et agréable elle saura vous mettre tout de suite à l’aise . Je recommande vivement .

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement idéalement situé en centre ville à 2 pas de la rue de la République.Il est fonctionnel,propre et bien équipé. Madame Reichert est très accueillante, chaleureuse aux petits soins pour ses hôtes:le pain, l'eau fraîche,les dosettes de café etc..Elle pré- voit tout!Tout était parfait. Perfect position, perfect host.

We spent a great week in Lyon staying in this lovely apartment. Monique was most hospitable and welcomed us warmly. She made sure we had everything we needed to ensure our stay was comfortable. The apartment is in the centre of the town, within walking distance not only of all we needed, supermarkets, traiteurs, boulangeries, but also the sights we wanted to see. Situation exceptionnelle!

Du 2 au 11 septembre 2018, ma soeur Françoise et moi avons séjourné à Lyon dans l’appartement de Mme Reichert. Pour ma soeur, c'était sa première visite à Lyon; pour moi, la quatrième. Nous sommes deux retraitées québécoises. Cet appartement est idéalement situé sur la presqu’île, près de tout : place Bellecour, place des Terreaux avec le musée des Beaux-arts et l’Opéra, près du Vieux-Lyon, avec la cathédrale Saint-Jean, ses ruelles étroites, et Notre-Dame de Fourvière tout là-haut... près des berges du Rhône, de la Croix-Rousse avec ses traboules... et j’en passe! Tout cela se fait à pied très facilement, même si les moyens de transport sont accessibles près de l’appartement. Mme Reichert est fort accueillante, très gentille et chaleureuse ; elle nous a bien reçues, et même le frigo recelait de produits de base dès notre arrivée! L’appartement est confortable et très propre! Tout est très fonctionnel. En outre, il est situé à deux pas de Monoprix, un supermarché bien garni! D’ailleurs, au coin de la rue, l’avenue de la République est piétonne et c’est vraiment très agréable d’y déambuler pour le magasinage (shopping!). Merci, Mme Reichert : tout était parfait! C’est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons, et que nous recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse! Marie-Geneviève de Québec

Magnifique logement, très bien placé au centre de Lyon. Petites attentions agréables comme une bouteille d’eau d’accueil au frais et surtout, Monique est hyper disponible à toute question et besoin ! Le séjour fut très appréciable. L’immeuble est vraiment bien sécurisé, le logement refait avec soin et goût du design, rien à redire.

Fantastic location,walk everywhere

Monique’s apartment is lovely, very spacious and well appointed. Monique supplied everything you could possibly need, even a very well stocked fridge . The apartment is very well located, literally a few steps from the metro and bus stop. Lyon is a lovely city and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see. We recommend Monique’s apartment and would love to stay again soon.

Au cœur de Lyon, confort et proximité

Nous avons logé à l´appartement de madame Reichert du 1 au 15 mai 2018. D’abord soulignons la grande flexibilité de la propriétaire à devancer notre heure d’arrivée . Elle était à l’appartement pour nous accueillir et nous donner les informations d’usage. De plus, elle avait mis à notre disposition des aliments essentiels à notre premier petit déjeuner. L’appartement est très propre, lumineux et conforme à la description et photos sur le site. Il est confortable et agréable d’y séjourner. Aussi sa situation géographique facilite grandement les visites de la ville à pied. Pour les autres, le métro se trouve au coin de la rue. Au cours du séjour, nous avons eu à rejoindre la propriétaire par courriel et elle a rapidement répondu à celui-ci. Finalement il est important de souligner la disponibilité et le désir de madame Reichert afin qu’on se sente « chez nous » tout en étant chez elle. Elle est attentive et généreuse dans sa façon de répondre à nos besoins de confort. Nous n’avons aucune réticence à recommander son appartement et si on revenait à Lyon, on y séjournerait à nouveau. un séjour très agréable dans un appartement de grande qualité !!

Nous tenons à souligner que la propriétaire, Mme Reichert, est une grande dame, très attentionnée, avec une bonne écoute, généreuse, empathique, .... Elle démontre une volonté évidente que l'accueil soit très agréable, que son appartement réponde très bien aux besoins divers et différents des personnes locatrices, et elle s'en assure. À notre arrivée, Mme Reichert a eu plusieurs petites attentions à notre égard, et a même pris le temps de nous faire découvrir les environs de l'appartement et les commodités du voisinage . Elle est définitivement une bonne ambassadrice de Lyon !!! L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre, lumineux, et décoré avec goût et soleil !! La situation de l'appartement sur la Presqu'Île est parfaite car tout peut se faire à pied. Ce fut un séjour très emballant. Nous avons loué dans le passé plusieurs appartements en France et rencontré de bons proprios, mais nous tenons à préciser que Mme Reichert est notre coup de cœur :-)) Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésitation. Nathalie et Luc, Des Québécois qui ont adoré leur séjour à Lyon, l'appartement, et cette rencontre avec Mme Reichert qui a fait une différence positive pour nous !!
