Guests will experience first-class accommodations at this stunning newly built lake front home. This beautiful home has everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. The property features 4 total bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with plenty of room to sleep 12 guests. Breathtaking views from the 2 story dock, large mature trees, cedar arbor, out door movie screen, fire pit, and lots of backyard fun for everyone!

The Space:
Welcome to our luxury lakefront retreat!

Step inside to the stunning living space which has a desirable open concept perfect for large groups allowing great entertainment and flow between the kitchen and living room. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, mounted TV, cozy seating, and wall of windows overlooking the backyard retreat and lake. There is a queen size pull out sofa that sleeps up to two guests (sleeps 2).

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with beautiful quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cookware, dinnerware, serving-ware, bakeware, coffee bar, and kitchen appliances. Ample counter space for ideal catering and serving to guests. Find a seat at the large island, plenty of room for everyone!

***Complimentary starter supply of regular and decaf coffee, creamer, sweetener, a variety of cooking spices, salt, pepper, cooking spray, and cooking oil.

***We replace oils and spices as the run out. We do not guarantee fully stocked quantities.

Bedroom 1: The bright and airy master suite has picturesque views of the stunning back yard. A beautiful king-size bed, large dresser, large mounted TV, mirror, and highly rated memory foam mattress and sheets await you. (sleeps 2).

Bathroom 1: Spa-like ensuite bathroom to master suite has a large walk-in closet, separate shower, double sinks, and soaking tub.

Bedroom 2: This gorgeous bedroom overlooks the the backyard and has a queen size bed suitable for up to two guests plus plenty of room for storage and mounted TV. (sleeps 2).

Bedroom 3: This adorable bedroom has one set of bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom bunk and a twin size bed on the top bunk and a twin size trundle making this an ideal setup for a kids bunkroom. (sleeps 4).

Bedroom 4: This versatile bedroom features a full size bed and a private work-space with a corner desk. (sleeps 2).

Bathroom 2: A lovely guest bathroom located off the hallway of the two secondary bedrooms has a quartz countertop, combo bathtub/shower, and ample cabinet space for storage.

The rec room/garage is a fabulous attached bonus space with a ping pong table and darts.

The backyard oasis features a covered patio, comfortable seating, rocking chairs for enjoying your morning cup of coffee, hot tub, arbor with swing perfect for days of relaxation and night time star gazing. Enjoy a movie under the stars featuring an outdoor movie screen and projector to stream your favorite movies, shows, and sports games (complimentary 2 packages of movie popcorn included). Stay in and cook with an outdoor gas BBQ grill (propane tank included) and fire pit with seating for roasting marshmallows (complimentary smore's kit and firewood included). The 2 story dock is tucked quietly inside a cove and has beautiful views of the open water. Plenty of backyard games including cornhole, bocce ball, and a volleyball net to keep guests busy for hours on end. Two kayaks, large floating lily pad mat and life jackets are available free of charge for guests to use.

All 3 large screen Smart TV’s have Roku, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, etc. (There are NO LOCAL CHANNELS) You are able to log into your accounts on any of the TV’s.

1. There is a 2020 Pontoon boat available onsite for a daily rate of $700 (May 1-Sept 30), $600 (Oct 1- Apr 30).
2. We have 4 brand new jet skis available for rent. Daily rate is $600 each (May 1-Sept 30), $500 (Oct 1- Apr 30).

The pontoon boat is a 2019 Suntracker Party Barge.

The home is located within a short drive to Main Street in Gun Barrel City which provides quick access to restaurants, Starbucks, and nearby state parks.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on Cedar Creek Lake a few miles from Gun Barrel City, Texas. The neighborhood is all single family homes. The homes are a mix of weekenders and full time residents.

Getting Around:
You can walk/bike around the neighborhood but would recommend a car if you wanted to go to shopping or out to eat. You are just a few miles from the main road with shopping, restaurants, attractions. You are about 10 minutes off highway 175 that runs from Dallas to Athens. You are about 30 minutes from Canton Trade Days!!

Other Things to Note:
Friendly pups are welcome (2 pet max). There is a $50 fee per pet charged separate.

Lakeside Luxury Retreats owns the property next door, The Benjamin II. Have an extra large group? Need more space? These two homes sit side by side and have two large adjoining backyards, perfect for reunions and larger group stays. ***Lake Level *** The lake is full this season. Lake levels can change weekly depending on seasons and lack of rainfall. Please reach out for an update on lake level if concerned. Boats and jet ski rentals are subject to weather and lake levels. We can not guarantee water craft rental at the time of your reservation.
