Great resort! Our kids loved the pool and the kids club. Room was fantastic and the welcome plate of cookies and fruit was a pleasant surprise. We managed to get around with the free shuttle buses and city buses. For the value, it was incredible. Would definitely go back.

We arrived 1-2 hours early but Staff was still able to assign us an open room when we asked. We were walked to our rooms, and the breakfast buffet was not bad. The location of the Artyzen is perfect as we used the shuttles in front of the hotel and also next door at Sands. There's also supermarkets and restaurants nearby in walking distance. When asked, Staff also provided recommendations.

Front desk staff was friendly and pleasantly surprised me with a stunning room with a balcony. The view was amazing and memorable. Love the interior decor of hotel with its charming mix of colonial and modern simplicity, which sets it apart from the artificiality of Vegas style hotels. This property is a bit old but well keep. The breakfast not very nice. The steam dim sum is like something you get from 7 11. The noodle soup department, the soups got no taste the service staff was not very friendly, didn't even offer any meat or seafoods with the noodles only a couple of vegetables. We had dinner at the hotel Chinese restaurant the foods and services were very good.
