The sheets were dirty, like mold stains! Bathroom shower needs a good cleaning maybe replace the chalk around it's moldy.

Ótima hospedagem...estrutura bonita e bem cuidada, limpeza em dia, acomodação confortável, e vista mar incrível. Atendimento muito simpático, e receptivo. Localização ótima, inclusive ao lado do hotel tem uma churrascaria que atende durante todo o dia, e uma quitanda, possibilitando comprar o que necessita durante a estadia. Super indico, foi incrível!!

A estrutura do hotel é realmente excelente, oferecendo instalações bem cuidadas e confortáveis para os hóspedes. Um dos pontos altos da minha estadia foi, sem dúvida, a equipe do café da manhã e da limpeza, que se destacou pela simpatia e prestatividade. Sempre atenciosas, essas funcionárias tornaram as manhãs mais agradáveis e garantiram que o quarto estivesse impecavelmente limpo e organizado todos os dias. O café da manhã merece elogios especiais - variado, saboroso e bem apresentado, oferecendo opções para diversos gostos. A área onde é servido também é muito agradável e bem cuidada. Infelizmente, o mesmo não pode ser dito sobre o atendimento na recepção e em outras áreas do hotel. Percebi uma notável falta de cordialidade e atenção por parte dos recepcionistas e outros funcionários, que pareciam desinteressados em proporcionar uma experiência acolhedora. Em diversas ocasiões, senti que minhas solicitações eram tratadas com indiferença, e raramente recebi um sorriso ou cumprimento caloroso ao passar pela recepção. Esta discrepância no atendimento acaba comprometendo a experiência geral, pois a primeira e última impressão que temos de um hotel geralmente vem da recepção. Apesar da excelente infraestrutura e do ótimo serviço de algumas equipes específicas, o atendimento geral deixou a desejar e prejudicou o que poder

Excelente opção!

Passei minha lua de mel em Maceió e escolhi o hotel Água de Coco para passar uns dias e sendo bem direto, lá é excelente. Local próximo ao centro, vista bonita, quartos limpos e organizado com tudo de qualidade. O café da manhã tem bastantes variedades e tudo de muita qualidade, enfim, é pra quem não quer se arrepender. Vou sentir saudades dos dias lá.

O hotel é limpo e confortável, porém o atendimento deixa bem a desejar. As meninas do café da manhã são super educadas, mas as pessoas que estão na recepção são rudes, além de que no nosso checkout disseram que tínhamos que pagar uma batata que estava aberta, porém não consumimos nada do quarto.
