A estrutura é sensacional com opções de lazer para crianças e adultos. Os quartos são espaçosos, com varanda e muito bem equipados. Acesso direto e facilitado à praia com águas exuberantes. Pretendo voltar mais vezes a esse pedacinho só paraíso.

Sugestão de melhoria

Demora em repor os itens do café da manhã, as mesas não estavam sendo limpas entre um hóspede sair e outro chegar na mesa. Academia precisando de manutenção no elíptico, em uma das esteiras e no assento da bike. Também nao foram repostos o shampoo e sabonete apos a arrumação do quarto. Já estamos pela terceira vez nos hospedando no hotel, gostamos muito da estrutura, educação da equipe, todos muito gentis e atenciosos. Apenas essas situações que precisam ser revistas para que seja uma excelente estadia.

Uma boa relacao custo beneficio

A estrutura do hotel é boa e nova. O que falta é o servico do carrinho de golfe passar mais vezes para termos acesso a praia. Os preços tanto do cardapio do hotel quanto do beach club ( que é terceirizado) estão descolados, cobrando valores bem superiores a qualidade do que oferecem. A comida dos restaurantes tambem nao me agradou muito, pouco tempero e sobremesas com o mesmo gosto.

Café da manhã péssimo. Frutas pretas e passadas. Acabava rápido e não havia reposição. Pão duro. Sempre isso e dois bolos. Não tem opções gostosas nem elaboradas. Ovo mexido péssimo. Serviço de piscina péssimo, uma demora absurda para um pedido simples, uma coca , uma cerveja demora 40 minutos pra chegar. Impossível ser servido nesse hotel. Serviço de praia péssimo, ninguém quer montar guarda-sol. Estrutura nova é linda, porém inútil já que não tem prestador de serviço pra comandar o local. Não indico!
