We had problems from the moment we arrived; there were no face towels, bath soap, or blankets. I called the hotel reception several times, and they always said they were bringing what was missing, but they never did. The towels weren't changed, and one day we arrived at the room and found the bathroom trash bag inside the sink. This trash remained in the room for two days waiting to be removed by the cleaning staff.

Boa noite. A primeiro alerta é o tempo de resposta quando solicitamos algo a portaria. Pedimos copos, mantas, pratas e talheres demorou bastante, ou seja, mais de 40 min, e não fomos atendidos em tudo. Outro alerta é o quantitativo de funcionários para atender na área da piscina, insuficiente. Outro alerta é em relação ao serviço do restaurante na piscina, pedi um caldinho de feijão, o primeiro veio aguado, retornaram e veio extremamente frio e sem sabor. Outro alerta o serviço de quarto ficamos hospedados por 4 noites e não foram trocadas as toalhas, somente do dia anterior ao nosso checkout foi que mantiveram contato e mesmo assim após as 15 horas. Informo que é nossa segunda vez que nos hospedamos e desta vez deixou bastante a desejar.

Final de semana tanto o café quanto o jantar era bons. De segunda para frente algo bem mais ou menos, pouca variedade. Dois seis dias dois não limparam o quarto e não vieram mesmo ligando algumas vezes. O pior ponto é o tanto de vendedor querendo te passar cota dentro do hotel. O restaurante/bar praero. Comida cara, ruim, pouca e os atendentes péssimos. O ponto alto sem dúvida é o mar, um dos melhores para crianças.

Café da manhã sem muitas opções e atendimento para pedir tapioca com filas grandes. Para porte do hotel achei café bem básico. No estacionamento o acesso a calçada é péssimo, pois existem uma fileira de plantas que fica complicado principalmente para pessoas idosas, as plantas atrapalham o acesso e retirada das malas do carro. Mesmo estacionando de frente, para acessar a calçada é preciso passar por cima das plantas que são entrelaçadas e os acessos de entradas são longe. Falta de tapetes antiderrapantes nas entradas dos acessos laterais dos blocos.

Das 3 diárias, 2 delas conseguiram servir um café da manhã mais pobre do que restaurante de beira de estrada, reclamação geral dos hospedes ofertando todos os dias ovo, salsinha e calabresa como opção para comer c um cuscuz ou raiz que faltava on tempo todo e demoravam a repor, várias crianças la que não comiam ovo comiam mal pq não é opcao dar enlatados e ultraprocessados para crianças. Em uma estadia de 2 diárias a piscina foi completamente interditada durante o primeiro dia inteiro. Prejudicou bastante a experiência. Para piorar, o despreparo da equipe do hotel em lidar com a situação. Não foi dada nenhuma solução ou compensação apesar das reclamações realizadas na recepção. Aliás, as reclamações não foram nem registradas. Tentei entrar em contato com o hotel por meio do canal de atendimento e também não obtive nenhum retorno. Em resumo, eles não prezam pela experiência do cliente nem pela satisfação. Fiquei extremamente frustrada com a situação. Apesar disso, os quartos eram bons, estavam limpos e a programação para crianças foi excelente. Os recreadores são ótimos.
