The hotel is new nice condition very near to haram .The receptionist behavior good not exceptional.The room Cleaning staff is not available always .After setting the cleaning bell they didn’t show up .only 1days I got full cleaning service and 1day even half .Overall average.Breakfast is good

A very nice and comfortable place to stay. Good breakfast buffet. Walkable distance to the Haram. It's closest to the gate 310/309. It location is a little further from the women entrance which is through gate 12 and 16 and falls at the other end from the hotel. So walking to get to women entrance inside the masjid takes about 10-15 mins depending on how fast you walk. Otherwise it's a nice location. Mohammad naeem offered us good service in our room

Breakfast should be improved

The room I had was a big size room, not sure if all rooms are as big, comfortable & room service were helpful too. Found check in to be quite time consuming & took too long then what you expect. The only downfall in my opinion was the breakfast, the quality was not good as well as the variety for the price I had paid I would have expected a much better breakfast buffet experience.

The room was spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. A special shoutout to (Jaber), who went above and beyond to ensure my room was perfectly maintained throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude truly made a difference. Everything was amazing. This hotel is more like a 5* hotel instead of 4. Mohammed, Makbul and Babul along with other housekeeping staff were phenomenal too. Prophet’s Mosque is within walking distance of 5 mins. We got a free upgrade to the haram view room too. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious.
