This was a plesant surprise and a motel that will remain on our list of high value stays. A very quiet easy on and off location with with multiple options for dining in the community. The entire staff was plesant and helpful.

Great motel to break up a long drive

Over the years returning home from a vacation at the Smokies to Chicagoland finding clean reasonably priced lodging in Indiana is near impossible. Campbell Motel is perfect for splitting up the drive. I will absolutely stay here again. It’s a small motel but every effort has been made to make it accommodating.

I couldn’t believe the reviews before I stayed here seeing how it was a drive up motel but wow, it’s super clean. The bathroom is really clean. Great water pressure. Everything was in great condition. Comfortable bed.

Decent for the price. Room 101 was small/tight but clean. Bathroom never got cool with the AC running and the door opened right into the bed so hard to leave it open to get cool air. Had a microwave & fridge. Bed-B. Pillows-C. Breakfast was prepackaged snacks, cereal, apples, bananas, yogurt, coffee and juice. Owner not at all friendly.

It was great, convenient, easy access. The biggest problem was nieboers that were inconsiderate. Smoking and weed to close to our door. And the bath towels could be better. Great otherwise.

Large unit. Note if you have any mobility issues, there are a couple of steps up to the room. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you’ll have to open the window. Otherwise beds were comfortable, air-conditioning worked fine and they have a hairdryer. Overall, you can’t beat it for the price.
