Everything was wonderful until I fell asleep and then was a wakened to a loud fire evacuation notice. I called down to the front desk after 5 minutes when I didn’t hear any sirens … they said it was a false alarm. It happened at 6:30am and once again. It was very unnerving to say the least!

Clean room, nice staff, the grab bar in our accessible room was not secured to the wall and pulled out of the wall mount while i tried to use it, staff listened to my concern and said it would be taken care of asap. I also mentioned it would be very helpful if the shampoo, conditioner etc in the shower was closer to the bench seat, as while seated i could not reach them.

Loved the warm cookies when we arrived (just after midnight 😊) it was a lovely end to a long drive. Very comfortable room, yet only one elevator was working each day which slowed things down. Plus a 12:30am fire alarm on our second night was not enjoyable but these things happen at times and we are glad everyone was safe.

The place was very clean and very nice overall. The bed was very comfortable. The ice maker wasn't working on our floor and when we went to leave the elevators weren't working.
