Hotel room was good/clean and breakfast was good but the amount of people there at nighttime who weren’t clearly guest was really troubling. Almost all indoor people at the pool didn’t have wrist bands, no one checks. And then there’s people running up and down the hallways at night being loud. And not to mention the six cop cars that showed up around 10pm. This hotel attracts some shady characters and it’s really obvious the hotel doesn’t enforce any strict rules about people who aren’t guest coming to the pool or hotel.

Staff great. Room 4055 needs a new mattress as it sinks in the middle. I reported to the desk clerk that the fire alarm was hanging 5 inches down from the ceiling and no light on it to show working. Staff very friendly , Resturant food we enjoyed in the lobby at night was very good.

Overall, great place with great amenities! The breakfast was FANTASTIC! So many options. The only complaint is that the room was warm so we ended up turning on the air conditioner in the middle of the winter. The beds could be more comfortable. We will absolutely stay again!
