When we first checked in and entered our room, we immediately noticed the bed/bed frame was broken as the bed dipped down significantly in the middle. It was clearly visible from across the room and I’m not sure how the hotel staff could possibly claim to be unaware of it and why they would continue to rent that room out as is. We notified the front desk and they switched our room without a problem - I just found it really odd they’d rent out a room in that condition to begin with. The new room was great. Breakfast had good options.

It was a family gathering - we used the lobby as our get together- it was wonderful. There were 9 of us able to talk, laugh and catch up on our activities. Was very happy that pets were accepted even though we did not bring our pets with us. Very clean.

The suite was outstanding. A bedroom and a separate office. The office had a very productive desk. Both rooms had a TV and individual climate control. Both were extremely quiet and buffered from any noise. The staff were excellent for check-in and check-out and all other concerns !!

While this property is clearly trying to upgrade some rooms by removing carpet and putting in LVT, the installation job is miserable. Large gaps that contain dust & dirt, finish work not done so that the space under heating elements are open to the subfloor and contain dirt, paint splashed all over the floors, etc. Whoever they hired to do the new floors should not be paid...they did a crappy job which makes the entire property look cheap. I had to call the front desk on arrival to have someone come reclean the floor as it was littered with dust bunnies and a fingernail clipping. Our friend's room next to ours had similar issues, minus the fingernail, but their floors had not been cleaned either but they declined calling. Breakfast was adequate for the price. Pool was decent but needs upkeep done on the pool & hot tub edges as some of the brick is worn away and rough. On the plus side, beds were comfortable, room was dark & quiet and location was good for our 1-night stay. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Convenient location but a little noisy from the traffic. Nice large room with sitting area away from the beds with a door to close if necessary. Two televisions if needed. Beds seemed a little on the older and not very comfortable side. Standard free breakfast, nothing spectacular. Nice large pool area with a hot tub as well.
