Hotel is lovely, however the furnace in our room was EXTREMELY noisy. We could not sleep all night long. Also, although we were on the 9th floor, we could hear the noise of the plows in the street. I’m aware that they cannot control that, but certainly the heater is something they should address.

The room was immaculate and smelled great. The staff were professional, kind and very helpful. Had lunch at cirq and dinner at the bar...both meals were delicious. Hot tub was so appreciated after a long day out walking in the snow! Would definitely return and recommend
