A lot of eatery downstair. About 15 to 20 mins to train station from Barcelona. Quite a straight forward walk. Downside 7 of us stayed in the 3 bedroom apt, the hot water is not enough for 7. The last get to shower in cold water.

My mother and I stayed here, and loved the room! It was an ideal location for all the things we wanted to do. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Any questions I had were promptly answered, and were happy to help in any way they could. I would recommend any of friends or family to stay here.

Nice, spacious room but we didn’t like that there are attendants there at certain times during the day. Also, there were no blackout curtains, just some sheer curtains and awkward roller blinds that didn’t completely cover the windows and give you privacy. Other than that it was nice

Great hotel in perfect location across from the train station and right at the Metero station. Walking distance to Retiro park and many museums. Short metro ride to centro. Clean and spacious rooms.

Great spot in Madrid

60 balconies is in a terrific location, close to museums and transportation. When I walked into the lobby, I thought well this is a dated establishment, although spotlessly clean. However, when I reached my room/apartment I was completely impressed with the modern features, including dishwasher, washer and dryer refrigerator, things I really didn’t need for my two nights stay. Keep in mind that the reception stuff is only available in the daytime, but it was very easy to access the building anytime of night.

Excellent option if you like to be in the center. The area is bustling with people and has access to multiple modes of transportation. The apartment was huge, airy and sparkling Clean. Will definitely recommend.

Our suit apartment fit perfectly our family of four. Our teen had their own room with their own twin beds, while we had our own queen bed as well. We loved all the space it had to offer with our own kitchen that fit all our family needs. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as pharmacies. Easy to get a taxi to all the main points. The main train station is just literally across the street which perfect for us just to walk over with our luggage to head to Barcelona to continue or Spain trip. We would highly recommend this place for families.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was very attractive and we appreciated having a washing machine. Because it is next to a major roundabout and over the road from the Atocha station there is background noise but this was only a problem the night of the national football final. Staff were uniformly helpful as we were also there the day of the major blackout. The apartment is close to the Prada and easy walking distance to the Royal Palace and there are many cafes, bars and restaurants

A stone’s throw away from Atocha station, the apartments were in a great location. Despite the traffic and the crowds that come with the proximity to the station, the property was very quiet. Very helpful staff.
