Such a fun stay. Claudia at the front desk was amazing! Her and her colleagues gave me a few things to do while I was in town. She was super helpful. The room was clean, cute, and had a great view. It would be a little tight for two, but doable for a few nights. I was solo so it was perfect for me. I didn’t get to try the restaurant downstairs but it seemed very cute. Great location. Walkable to everything, metro, city, shopping. The rooftop with the pool was incredible too. It was far too cold to get in, but it was a great place to take in the city. Overall enjoyed my stay

Clean room but small. Staff were great and polite. I stayed for a week and I love that the Metro entrance for Noviciado was right in front of the hotel. Great location and close to all the shopping/restaurant areas. Would recommend for anyone even Solo travelers. Super safe, right in front of the police station.

Hotel in a great location very central - the rooms are small but you get used to this and they are adequate as out most of day . Very clean and staff were very friendly on every interaction .The bed was very comfortable and Remade every day 🙂 we had a coffee machine in room no kettle however we could get hot water from this machine for a tea so no problem . Lots of shops and cafe/restuarants around area we had half board 2 nights and enjoyed the food options given but also enjoyed eating out on one night . Overall happy to stay here again

The service was great, very friendly. The hotel is very close to the city center and couple subway stations. It is a clean and modern hotel albeit a bit small. It wasn't a problem for us but the shower wall was semi-transparent.

Our room was amazing with a view of the Madrid skyline, room was perfect. The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is close to a Metro station Noviciado so getting around the City is easy if you want to venture out ! The hotel is a short walk to Gran Vía and all its shops, the a further short walk and you are in Sol. We come to Madrid to see family and would definately recommend a stay here. We will return on our next visit. NB.. if you like a swim the pool is warm !

Only space for bags in the room was on the bed, and only upgradeable room was the same size but with a terrace. Checked out the same day we checked in and couldn’t get a refund for the nights we didn’t stay at the hotel. Recommend looking elsewhere unless on a 2-4 day trip

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated that they spoke English. The location is excellent with many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. The room was very small but well organized and clean. I took off 1 star because there was a terrible sewer smell coming from the shower drain.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small but manageable. My one gripe is regarding the towels. Only two body towels were given. No hand towels are even a towel mat to step out of the shower.

Our stay at Akeah Hotel Gran Vía was wonderful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always responsive to our needs. It was such a pleasure to be greeted by their friendly smiles every day. The small buffet breakfast was very good, and I’d like to give a special thank you to Rosa for her kind greetings each morning. I also want to express my gratitude to Raquel for going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooftop bar and pool were a delight—beautiful views, great ambiance, and a relaxing evening vibe. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Madrid, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
