Temporary Rental Flat. Our house is a lovely 2-bedroom flat recently renovated in one of the most consolidated neighbourhoods in the northern area of Madrid. Next to the first shopping centre built in Spain in the 80s, the CC La Vaguada. The building was designed by César Manrique, who, true to his style, integrated natural environments within the building: rest areas with waterfalls and fountains and natural light entry from the ceiling. It was inaugurated on 24 October 1983, in an event presided over by the mayor Enrique Tierno Galván.



Since then, the neighbourhood has grown in services and communications. The metro is exactly 5 minutes away from the house and with immediate access to the M-30 to be able to reach any part of the city and 15 minutes walking from Chamartín station.



Near the Autonomous University of Madrid, the Complutense University and the University of Comillas and 10 minutes walking from the new headquarters of the Instituto de Empresa.



On the other hand, the most important hospitals in Madrid are also within a stone's throw. La Paz, Ramón y Cajal and the Carlos III Hospital.



The house has been recently renovated with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room with a small terrace and everything completely exterior and perfectly equipped to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Madrid.
