Hotel is fine overall. However dont bother taking your children of you want a hotel with a pool for kids to play in. Lifeguard was very disinterested and blunt as it seemed it had to be kept a fun free zone. Very sterile and not exactly an area full of laughter!

I love this hotel. I have stayed at the hotel 3 times. It is so convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle service. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is set in a beautiful quite, safe residential area and has an amazing shopping centre less than 10 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

We did not have food at all on site and the food we did eat had to be paid for. I was disappointed in the initial room they gave us as it was a handicap room. I did not ask for and had to speak with a manager due to them informing me that they were all occupied. We did get our room changed however it seem as though the concierge desk did not want to initially assist and very quick to say there were no other rooms available and that they were all booked. We pay for a certain quality yet we are at the mercy of others when did it get to this point ???

Great location for airport, tube & athletico madrid (for concert). Nice places to eat nearby. Downside temperature 35 degrees plus pool not open, opened on last day. Municipal pools open May 15th in rest of madrid ridiculous! And offer airport shuttle but only between 7 & 2pm!

Worst hotel experience i ever had

One of the worst hotel experience i ever had in three continents and dozen of countries they treated me and my familly as we were on a charity program knowing that i ve paid extra money for more confort 150 dollars a night, people working there are rude and hotel is unsafe after be back to united states i found that i have lost some clothes and glasses there. the food was horrible the worst chicken i ever had in my whole life

Great second visit

Second time I’ve stayed here and wasn’t disappointed. I was there for an event at IFEMA and it being 0.8 miles away is perfect. Lovely quiet neighbourhood around the hotel and a 5 minute walk to an area with restaurants and a supermarket. Staff very friendly and continental breakfast is good. Rooms are nothing fancy but are comfortable and absolutely great value

Parking on property was limited and takes some maneuvering. The restroom was nice. The room could use some sprucing up. The BEST part of this place was the breakfast. Highly recommend the breakfast here.
