The property was nice, clean and secure. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Just Don’t expect to sleep until 4 am because it’s right in the middle of a busy district and you can hear everything outside.

Property is in a great location; however rooms need an upgrade and probably should be a 3 star place. Shower only holds about 5 minutes of hot water and beds are okay. I like that it does have a refrigerator and large glass window to let in fresh air…can be loud in the evening since it’s in the heart of the district …overall about a 7 but location makes it an 8.

It's self check in (no reception first off) but the instructions were super clear. Prime location ! Lots of stuff around. Elevator is slow and a tad scary at night since it gives abandonned apartment vibes. I had an early check in for 12 noon, since it was self check in I let myself up and at 11:55 am people were still cleaning. Overall + prime location + easy self check in + safe.

All what you need ...right in the centre ...near Gran Via ...Checa and Tribunal ... Safe and quiet .. Nice touches with camera ...gym access and breakfast suggestions ... The representative ...sorry I did not get her name was very friendly as were the other members of staff ....if you need somewhere in the middle of things ...this place is exactly what you need...
