Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



It was inaugurated in March 2024.



The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, it features AEROTHERMIA renewable energy and is very quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center.

Great place to stay in Madrid. Had everything our family needed for a few days trip. The apartment is newly refurbished and very clean, super helpful host. And the location is the best! We had an amazing stay at Cavabaja Suites! The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. The property itself is beautiful, stylish and very well maintained. Check-in was seamless, and we were impressed with the efficiency and warmth of the process. The apartment was very clean, bigger than expected and when you walked in, it felt like a sweet little home. The location was very central and yet it was very quiet in the apartment due to the small side street and well-insulated windows. The hosts were always available and very nice.

Thank you very much! We loved the apartment. We would definitely stay with you again! The welcome was lovely, the wine, chocolates and water were a great suprise. It was very easy to check in and get into the apartment. The organising of a taxi is very helpful. La Latina is my favourite area of Madrid, so much to do in walking distance. We love Madrid and we will look to return again!

Thank you so much for having us we truly enjoyed our stay in Madrid. The apartment is very close to everything, nice restaurants, historic sites, public transport around Madrid. Very clean, nice and spotless bathroom. Bed is comfy and the sofa bed is comfortable and nice.Location is perfect. I would definitely recommend the place. Plus we are glad you left water, wine, chovolates and more for us to drink and snacks this was awesome when we arrived from our trip in Portugal we have cold water and snacks to eat right away….🎉👏👍 non
