The rooms and facility was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location is great—many shops and restaurants nearby. We were on the ground floor, so you could hear street noise as well as noise from the lobby. The hotel hadn’t switched to air conditioning yet, so no AC in the room and no fan—made the room stuffy. But on the whole, this was a good stay.

Very comfortable bed and pillows- tight on space around the bed and no room to leave suitcase open; I had a sigle occupancy room hence that might be the issue. I had a room on the back so it was very quiet. Reception staff helpful and welcoming. Toiletries provided.

A very good find

The hotel is well placed for the metro and for getting into the heart of the city. The staff on reception were really pleasant and helpful, especially around the air con which kept turning itself off. The standard of the room was high for this price bracket with bright, comfortable furnishings and a spacious, clean bathroom. The cost of hotels in Madrid seems pretty high, but this felt like a very good find!
