An excellent hotel, which was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and to a high standard, bed very comfortable & the complimentary water was very welcome. The staff are very polite, courteous and professional Would definitely return to this hotel in the future

Warm friendly welcome excellent communication. Quiet standard room was enough for needs. Good sized bathroom. Kettle with tea/coffee biscuit and mini chocolate (nice touch) bath robes (very nice touch). Good breakfast. Always taxis outside hotel. Short walk to El Ritiro Park. Would stay hear again.

Wonderful stay

I love the great location of this hotel - close to multiple subway lines and bus stops and only 10ish minutes away from the Retiró Park. The room is on the smaller end, but it’s definitely a luxury in the city. The breakfast offerings are incredible!

Our stay was amazing we loved the property and the room that was really cozy and comfortable.we loved the water kettle for our tea every night and of course the people at the front desk and the bar were very welcoming and helpful specially Paloma she was really nice and helped us with tips and directions around the city .
