We chose this hotel for its location for metro, bus and walking through Retiro, and on reading reviews that it was quiet and pleasant-all of these points were absolutely true. We loved our stay. Clean, quiet, with helpful and knowledgeable staff, some good restaurants within 5 minutes walk. It just so happened we had a week of extremely hot weather, and the AC worked very well! Wonderful buffet breakfast too!

Really lovely hotel with nice staff. They were doing some works which was loud and untidy at the front. The room was comfortable and clean but the lighting was not all working and a bit dim. Our a/c was not the best!
