The room was clean and staff were friendly but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I was informed that the swimming pool would not be in use but when I arrived it was in use! I didn’t have breakfast or use the parking.

Our room had a queen + pull out and comfortable for 3 people. The location was walking distance from a few local attractions which was great. Staff were very friendly especially Rydel. The only negative thing I can comment was that the shower pipes were squeaking when the water was on which woke up the other roommates.

A great place to stay, right in the middle of Madrid. Easy to get to transport links, and within walkable distance to Retiro Park and other beautiful parts of the city. Quite noisy at night but thats expected due to its central location. Rooftop bar and pool is awesome, only for residents and guests so its never overcrowded. Reception and bar staff were always available and polite and patient with my attempts to speak Spanish!.

If location is what you are looking for this hotel can’t be beat. Within walking distance to all the highlights of Madrid I.e Temple DeBod, Prada museum and Royal Palace. The hotel and room were very clean and spacious. Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath was perfect for our 2 couples travelling. The rooftop and pool which we visited but didn’t use were perfect for beautiful views of the entire city. The staff were very attentive and professional I would like to mention our greeter upon arrival who was absolutely delightful and courteous. Sorry I cannot remember her name. We also met Vincent on our departure day and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. Overall this was a super hotel and would definitely recommend or stay again. The reason I gave 4 stars is because our room which was perfect faced the busy street of Gran Via and it got a bit noisy as that street is super busy. We were only staying for 2 nights so we didn’t bother trying to change rooms. A lot of police/ambulance sirens and also a protest that we heard after midnight. But this is no fault of the hotel. If anything would definitely stay here just for location alone. You won’t be disappointed if you stay at this hotel.
