Nice centrally located property in a busy touristy area on Gran Via. We liked the apartment style hotel with plenty of space for our family of 8. Lots to do and see around the area. However there is a lot of city noise and the apartment does not have much noise buffering. Woke up a few times to sirens, loud talking and garbage collection. Otherwise a great stay. Would consider staying here again

Great location

The location is perfect seeing all sites in Madrid. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The room was quiet and could be made dark by closing the interior door. The only issue we had is that there was a demonstration going on the street and we had to walk with our luggage about a half a mile through a crowd of people. Other than that, we had a terrific stay in Madrid.

Property itself was okay. They had buckets and towels on the floor I stayed from all the rain they had leaks. My room was very nice and comfortable. Everything from dining and entertainment is walkable. Extremely noisy at night so if you’re a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. Staff was very friendly.

Location was excellent and the unit had an amazing terrace and plenty of space. Drawbacks: - service is very basic. At par with a 2 star hotel. - at check in it was made clear that we can only use what is in the unit and anything else is at our cost. You are supplied with the bare minimum. - the deck attached to our room had cigarette butts and toe nail clippings from previous occupants. When I brought this up to the front desk the response was “and you want us to clean it?” - shocking. Took a second visit to the desk and a conversation with another person to get the decks cleaned. - very noisy corridor as you are right in the epicentre of their theatre district. Was at the end of our trip with two families of 4 and our accommodation in Seville was stellar. Made this stay seem disappointing.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern, was a fantastic first impression greeting walking in the door, moder appliances beautiful patio with a view and clean and well kept. Suggestions for improvement would be to add blackout blinds for better sleeping the shutters and transparent drapes allow a lot of light in. It is also noisy at night being on a busy street our sleeps were not the greatest. Lastly would be better if paper supplies and dish cleaning products were replenished at least every other day.
