Excellent location! We could walk and cover to all prime Madrid locations in less than an hour. Comfortable beds. The Callao parking which comes up on google search is actually this hotels parking but has to be booked separately.

Arrived to find an obviously broken and unusable sofa bed. Staff changed rooms for us. Bring all your own kitchen items..coffee, tea, cleaning supplies are at extra charge as are extra towels. Great location.
