The staff was great and helpful in getting what I needed. My room was smaller than I thought but it was okay and clean. The location is perfect. It is convenient to get everywhere by public transportation easily. My room was supposed to have a street view, but I couldn't see the street, maybe because of the lower floor. Sometimes it was noisy, but it wasn't disturbing. In summary, it was a nice stay, thank you! By the way, I didn't experience any Expedia membership benefits.
