We reserved a shuttle to pick us up, but it never came. We tried calling the number provided, but no one answered the call. We finally took a taxi to the hotel. When I complained to the front desk they informed us that the shuttles were unmarked black vans. There was no offer of reimbursement, which I thought they should do since it was never brought to my attention that they were unmarked vans.
