The staff is excellent. Special mention to Paula and the night crew. The room was nice. The hotel had a horrible stench on level 0 which carried to the other floors via the elevator. It smelled like a sewer leak wherebyou could barely brethe. The area is part industrial but very nice and close to a huge shopping center. Lots of stuff to do and see. Distance from Madid city center is not bad via uber..about 20 Euros for a comfort vehicle.

Overnight stay en-route

The hotel was clean and comfortable; and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel was convenient. Finding somewhere to eat in the evening was not easy - the hotel seems to be a little land-locked by busy roads without footways. The adjacent Indian restaurant was closed (Sats & Suns?). Our room was close to Reception, and therefore a little noisy - but not excessively so.

HORRIBLE. Do not stay here.

Hotel was not as advertised. no AC, horrible room condition. Manager's behavior was very aggressive and confrontational. We left as soon as saw room, realized no AC, and experienced his rage. We went to Crown Plaza Madrid Airport. I am requesting a refund. Am a IHG member of long standing. This hotel is not up to your standards.
