Very clean , good location but THE elevator was Brocken all the time and super tiny. They was remodeling some room at 9am forgot it sleep. Doesn’t have privacy at all. Don’t reserve this place if you travel with children.

This hotel met all expectations. The room was very clean and updated and the bed was very comfortable. The location is incredible, right in the heart of Madrid. It is right next to a Metro subway station and just a 20 minute walk from The Prado. It's not a resort, but for those seeking a reasonably priced clean, comfortable, convenient room, this hotel is ideal.

Excellent location, we will stay again because is close to everything. It is not a fancy hotel, but if you like to travel, be close to the Metro and don't mind about the look.. this is a very good option. A lot of food options around.
